📘 Indefinite Pronouns (Somebody, Anybody, Nobody)
Indefinite pronouns refer to people but do not say exactly who.
1️⃣ Somebody
- Used in positive sentences and offers when we mean "some person."
Example:
- Somebody is at the door.
- I need somebody to help me.
2️⃣ Anybody
- Used in questions and negative sentences meaning "any person."
Example:
- Is there anybody here?
- I don’t know anybody here.
3️⃣ Nobody
- Means no person; used in negative sentences.
Example:
- Nobody answered the phone.
- There is nobody in the room.
