The Present Continuous Tense is used to describe:

Positive Sentences

Formula:
Subject + am/is/are + verb + -ing

Subject Verb "to be" Verb + -ing Example
I am eating I am eating lunch.
He / She / It is working She is working now.

Negative Sentences

Formula:
Subject + am/is/are + not + verb + -ing

Subject Verb "to be" + not Verb + -ing Example
