"So" and "Such" are used to emphasize meaning, especially with adjectives and nouns.


1️⃣ SO + Adjective / Adverb

🟢 Use so before an adjective or adverb.

Structure:
so + adjective
so + adverb

Examples:

  • She is so kind.
  • He drives so fast.
  • The test was so difficult.

2️⃣ SUCH + (Adjective) + Noun

🟢 Use such before a noun (with or without an adjective).

Structure:
such + adjective + noun
such + noun

Examples:

  • She is such a kind person.
  • It was such a nice day.
  • They are such good students.
  • He told such lies.
