"Too" and "enough" show if something is more or less than necessary.


1️⃣ TOO

🔹 "Too" means more than necessary or more than wanted.
It often shows a problem or negative feeling.

Structure:

  • too + adjective/adverb

Examples:

  • This bag is too heavy.
  • He drives too fast.
  • It’s too cold to swim.

2️⃣ ENOUGH

🔹 "Enough" means as much as needed or the correct amount.
It can be positive or negative.

✅ enough + noun

  • We have enough time.
  • She didn’t bring enough money.

✅ adjective/adverb + enough

  • He is tall enough to reach the shelf.
  • They work hard enough.
