Reflexive pronouns (myself, yourself, herself)

Reflexive pronouns are used when the subject and the object of a sentence are the same person or thing.

Possessive 's

We use 's to show that something belongs to someone or something.

Singular / Plural

Singular means one; plural means more than one. We usually make plurals by adding -s or -es to a noun.

There is / There are

We use "there is" for singular and uncountable nouns, and "there are" for plural nouns to say something exists.

have / has

We use "have" and "has" to show possession, experiences, or actions. "Have" is for I/you/we/they, and "has" is for he/she/it.

When and While

"When" and "while" are used to talk about two actions happening at the same time; "when" usually introduces a shorter action, "while" a longer one.

Some / Any

We use "some" in positive sentences and offers; "any" in negative sentences and questions.

Indefinite Prononouns (Somebody, Anybody, Nobody)

Indefinite pronouns like somebody, anybody, and nobody refer to people without specifying exactly who.

Imperatives

Imperatives are used to give commands, instructions, requests, or advice.
